Since most items are custom made I cannot accept returns. Please contact me if there are any problems and I will do my best to reconcile the situation.

Expect orders to take 4-6 weeks this includes shipping. I am a stay at home mom and I have limited time each day. I take pride in the work I do and want time to ensure you receive the best quality.

All wood is unique with imperfections, so there could be gaps and split areas. I try to find the best pieces with limited flaws.

Each piece of wood can stain slightly different from the next piece with the same stain color and same type of wood.

Each piece of wood can engrave a slightly different color from the next piece of the same type of wood. Also I use a 3D laser printer and therefore any wood pieces that are cut or engraved may leave burn marks on the wood. I do my best to prevent burn marks but at times its unavoidable.

If the round wood pieces are going to be displayed outside a clear coat (polyurethane) needs to applied to help protect against different weather conditions.

All cuttings boards have a food mineral oil applied. If the boards are going to be used with food the food mineral oil should be applied every 6 months to help maintain the condition of the board.

For the custom names the fonts used in the pictures will be used on all orders unless specified by customer.

Onesie Ornaments are made from maple and will not be stained.

The vinyl lettering can be done in gold, silver, white and black.
